There is no delivery charge for orders above $150 that are shipped within the U.S.
For our International orders - we ship Free of charge if the order value exceeds $1500. We also offer International Express shipping for an additional fee of $150
General Return Policy
Our return policy is simple. Within 15 days of the receipt of your order, you may return for a refund (excluding our outbound shipping costs), on any lighting fixture or related product that has not been used, is in its original box, and is in resalable condition. The fixture cannot have been installed or modified in any way. The fixture must be enclosed in the original box with sufficient packaging material and have a return merchandise authorization number (rma#), issued by Interior-deluxe.com, on the returned box. Interior-Deluxe.com must receive the returned product within ten days of the receipt of your order, where it will be subject to evaluation by our staff. We cannot issue any refund if the return is received after fifteen days of original receipt at your location. To initiate the return process send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org , clearly stating your situation and specifying the product(s) you would like to return. There might be a restocking fee charged by the manufacturer. The client is responsible for any restockg fees incurred by the manufacturer.
The following types of items and orders do not qualify for returns or refund
Products returned without a return merchandise authorization number (rma#), issued by Interior-Deluxe.com; light bulbs; products that are custom-made (i.e. track lighting, custom designed or fit for your order unless they have a defect). Special purchases, such as inventory sale items, special order items,(special order items cannot be canceled once the order is placed) orders where a discount code has been redeemed, special discounted products, custom quotes, discounted items, items that are marked - non returnable , non cancellable and expedited shipping and charges. We cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations of large orders of the same product. (We define large orders as 3 or more of the same product) If you are ordering a large quantity of an items, we encourage you to order a sample first to make sure its what you need. All products where a discount code has been applied do not qualify for our return policy and are nonreturnable. All inventory sales are final and not returnable.
When returning any item, please be sure to pack the product properly. We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance. We cannot provide a refund for any product received in our warehouse in damaged condition. In such a case, you must file a claim with the shipping company and advise us as what to do with the damaged product. We will hold your product for 30 days, after which the product will be destroyed.
Any product that is received damaged or arrived with a missing part must be reported before installation and within 48 hours of receipt. The recipient is responsible to check the merchandise for its correctness and report any discrepencies ASAP. Interior-Deluxe cannot accept responsibility for any damages not reported within this time frame. We also do not accept responsibility for any broken parts that are being reported after the light fixture has been installed. All damages must be reported before installation. Please hold on to all packaging materials since and wait until an inspection has been done by the shipper. If you have disposed of the packing of the shipment that arrived damaged - we will not be able to provide any replacement. Please inspect all boxes for damages and tell the driver to make remarks on the delivery note if such damage is visible - also report any red color on shock indicators that are outside of the box.
Products received with broken glass, or dented shades or frames are not considered defective. In such a case, we will provide replacement glass or shades at no additional charge. If received a product with broken glass or dented frame, it cannot be returned. A replacement part will be provided to you. If you do not wish to receive a replacement, we will consider the shipment a return shipment and restock fees of up to 35% will be due. We also preserve the right to deduct all outbound shipping from the refund. Shipments that are refused at delivery or have missing pieces are also treated as return shipments and restock fees + outbound shipping charges are due.
If there is a manufacturer defect - we preserve the right to repair / fix any damaged part / glass or defect of any fixture - we sell. If the part in question cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement free of charge.
All products are covered by a 1 year warranty that starts the day the merchandise is delivered.
Lead times are only estimates and stock levels are indicated on our website based on stock levels that we receive either from our own or the manufacturers warehouse. Stock levels can change quickly.
Even though we indicated In stock on our site , it doesnt mean that the product is actually in stock. By the time of order placement, the item may be sold.
Please do not schedule an electrician based on stock levels indicated on our site. Only when the item arrives , the electrician should be scheduled.
We accept Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and Mastercard through our online store. Please contact us if you wish to pay offline via wire transfer or other means.
Applicable sales tax will be added to your order for shipments to residents in the State of Florida.
Interior-Deluxe nor our suppliers are liable for any indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages including, without limitation: lost profits or revenues, costs of replacement goods, loss or damage to goods or services arising out of the use or inability to use this site or any product purchased from Interior-Deluxe.com, damages resulting from use of or reliance on the information present, even if Interior Deluxe or its suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We are not responsible for any customs charges or brokerage fees
If an order has already been shipped and is being refused by the client, the client is responsible for the cost of returning the product as well as any restocking fees.
If the product cannot be returned to the sender ( for example: if the return shipping cost exceeds the value of the merchandise), no refunds can be given in such a case.
Incorrect item received
All shipments with items that were received incorrectly or in error have to be reported to us within one week after delivery was made. We have to get notified by email if the item is no matching your order. We are unable to accept any claims after one week of delivery of the goods. In the event of the delivery of an incorrect item, Interior-Deluxe shall reserve the right to provide the correct product within a period of up to 8 weeks after delivery of the incorrect item. Interior-Deluxe will pay for all shipping cost to provide a pickup the new product. If the client does not want an exchange, the order will be treated as a return and restock fees will apply of up to 25%.
When using coupon codes, please be advised that we only accept one code that was provided. Coupons can only be applied to items that are not part of an ongoing promotion.
We sometimes run promotions where we sponsor a free gift or a free lamp if a certain order minimum value is met. We only provide one free lamp or give per customer.

In the event an error is found, we will inform the customer before the order is placed. At that time the customer will have the option to place the order with the correct pricing, or to cancel their order completely.

The website may contain errors and omissions relating to product description, pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct or update errors or omissions and to change information at our discretion without prior notice. We also reserve the right to cancel an order for a product in the event of an error or omission in the description of such product, including incorrect pricing information, whether due to a typographical error, an error in information received from our suppliers, or otherwise.
You may cancel an order that has not been shipped within 24 hours after the order is placed unless it is a special order or customized product. We reserve the right to deduct a cancellation fee of a minimum of up to 25% for any orders canceled after 24 hours. All cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed by our returns department. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. All 220V products and items over $10.000 will be special ordered for you and cannot be canceled once the order is placed. If an order was shipped and never canceled, the client is responsible for any outbound and return shipping charges. Special order product lines that cannot be canceled once the order is placed are the following: Vetrilamp, Verpan, and Visio.
European - U.S. Models
We are committed to providing a first class customer experience with our products. Under some circumstances, we might ship a product that states the voltage of 220V instead of the voltage of 110V. Despite the fact you had ordered the 110V model, sometimes there is no such version available . The reason for that is the fact that certain light fixtures are manufactured for the worldwide market. You can absolutely run your fixture that states 220V on 110V U.S. voltage. It does cover the full voltage range and is safe to use.
Sometimes its nesessary to send light fixtures with an E.U. Plug to countries outside of the European Union. In such cases an adaper will be provided free of charge.
