The Pipistrello Table Lamp by Martinelli Luce has been designed by Gae Aulenti. A cult object of design, the Pipistrello lamp was created by Gae Aulenti in 1965. This lamp with his lampshade to the waving forms looks like a bat, that means Pipistrello in Italian. This is a table lamp with a telescopic system in stainless steel that allows adjusting its height (66-86 cm). The shade is in white methacrylate opal and the base in white varnished metal or dark chestnut. Mythical and exposed in the biggest museums of the entire world, Pipistrello is part of these objects that constitute our universal heritage.
