What is our shipping charge?

For a limited time only - We offer Free Shipping within the U.S. and all other countries in the world.
 
To qualify for Free international shipping - Our minimum order amount for shipments outside the U.S. and Canada is $500.
 
For all orders of below $500 we charge a $80 shipping and handling fee
 
For our International clients - we also offer Express shipping for an additional fee of $80

 General Return Policy Our return policy is simple. Within 10 days of the receipt of your order, you may return for a refund (excluding our outbound shipping costs) , on any lighting fixture or related product that has not been used, is in its original box, and is in resalable condition. The fixture cannot have been installed or modified in any way. The fixture must be enclosed in the original box with sufficient packaging material and have a return merchandise authorization number (rma#), issued by Interior-deluxe.com, on the returned box. Interior-Deluxe.com must receive the return product within 10 days of the receipt of your order, where it will be subject to evaluation by our staff. We cannot issue any refund if the return is received after 10 days of original receipt at your location. To initiate the return process send an e-mail to customerservice@interior-deluxe.com , clearly stating your situation and specifying the product(s) you would like to return. There might be a restocking fee charged by the manufacturer - the client is fully responsible for that.

The following types of items and orders do not qualify for returns or refund: Products returned without a return merchandise authorization number (rma#), issued by Interior-Deluxe.com; light bulbs; products that are custom made (i.e. track lighting, custom designed or fit for your order. For all specialty imported designer products, there is a restocking fee, plus all shipping & handling costs (contact a customer service rep for details for which products this rule applies to). Special purchases, such as: inventory sale items, orders where a discount code was redeemed, custom quotes, discounted items, items not purchased from Interior-Deluxe.com; and expedited shipping and charges for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii.
We cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancelations of large orders of the same product. There is a up to 50% restocking fee on all special order items.  (We define large orders as 3 or more of the same product) If you are ordering a large quantity of an item, we encourage you to order a sample first to make sure its what you need.  

When returning any item, please be sure to pack the product properly. Some manufacturers require special shipping instructions - You must follow instructions on how to wrap and ship a fixture - otherwise - a refund cannot be issued and shipment will be refused. We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance. We cannot provide a refund for any product received in our warehouse in damaged condition. In such a case, you must file a claim with the shipping company and advise us as what to do with the damaged product. We will hold your product for 30 days, after which the product will be destroyed.

Damaged Goods

Any product that is received damaged or arrived with a missing part must be reported prior to installation and within 48 hours of receipt. Interior-Deluxe cannot accept responsibility for any damages not reported within this time frame. We also do not accept responsibility for any broken parts that are being reported after the light fixture has been installed. All damages must be reported prior to installation. Please hold on to all packaging materials since and wait until an inspection has been done by the shipper. If you have disposed the packing of the shipment that arrived damaged - we will not be able to provide any replacement. Please inspect all boxes for damages and tell the driver to make remarks on the delivery note if such a damage is visible - also report any red color on shock indicators that are outside of the box. 

Products received non working or have parts damaged , electric parts, broken glass or dented shades or frames are not considered defective and can therefore not be returned for a refund. In such a case, we will provide replacement parts , glasses or shades at no additional charge.  A replacement part will be provided to you ASAP.

Cancelled Orders

You may cancel an order that has not been shipped within 24 hours after the order is placed unless it is a special order or customized product. We preserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of a minimum of 10% and a maximum of up to 50% for any orders canceled after 24 hours.  All cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed by our returns department. All merchandise in the amount of $10.000 and more will be special ordered for you and cannot be canceled once the order is placed. Special order product lines that cannot be canceled once the order is placed are the following: Vetrilamp, Verpan, Vistosi and Vesoi.
