The Secto 4231 wall sconce was designed by Seppo Koho and made by Secto Design in Finland. The beautiful lampshade of this fixture is designed entirely by hand of Finnish birch by highly skilled craftsmen. The shades are made of laminated birch slats connected by rings of aircraft plywood. The following finish options are available: natural birch, white laminated birch, and black laminated birch. Tube-shaped energy efficient bulbs suit the Secto Design Shades best and give about five times more light than incandescent bulbs.
