PH 80 Floor Lamp

The PH 80 floor lamp was put into production after Poul Henningsen’s death, as a celebration of what would have been his 80th birthday. Being a man of the future, Henningsen had been working with plastic materials as the new material for his fixture. The fixture emits diffuse and symmetrical light. The majority of the light directs downwards, and the opal acrylic shades provide comfortable room lighting. The red hue of the top reflector helps to give the light a warmer glow.
