I can’t say enough great things about the customer service from Interior-Deluxe! I
ordered two chandeliers from them and the price was unbeatable. We wanted one of
the fixtures with a base finish that wasn’t shown in their online catalog, but in a phone
conversation, I was assured they could get what I wanted. After I placed my order, I
received an email from Interior-Deluxe confirming the finish I requested. I’m a happy
camper, but the customer service had just begun.
One of the chandeliers was ultra-modern and German. When it arrived from Germany,
it became apparent it was wired with a European transformer for the halogen lights
and would not work with US wiring. Ingo at Interior-Deluxe apologized for the problem
and said they would send out a US-compatible transformer ASAP. In addition, Interior-
Deluxe sent me bulbs (lamps) for BOTH fixtures and a brushed nickel plate (matching
the modern fixture) to cover the ceiling electrical box.
No extra charges, no questions, no referring the problem back to the manufacturer, just
Ordering from the Internet can be fraught with problems, but I would recommend
Interior-Deluxe to anyone. Each person I dealt with was very efficient, very pleasant and
extremely helpful.
