| What is your return policy? |
Merchandise purchased from Interior-Deluxe.com may be returned for a refund, excluding shipping and handling charges, within 5 days of receipt of the goods. You must contact Interior-Deluxe.com to inform them that you would like to return an item. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your right to take advantage of our return policy. Returned merchandise must be in original condition. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to returned merchandise. Special Orders - (Made to Order or Custom Orders) are not covered under the return policy. This exclusion from the return policy shall also apply to any merchandise purchased or won through a third party site.
Of course all regulations about damaged or malfunctioning items remain untouched by this return policy. |
Can I cancel an order that I placed with interior-deluxe.com?
Yes, you can. There is a 24 hour wait period from the time that your original order was placed in which you are able to cancel your order. Please send an e-mail to customerservice@interior-deluxe.com notifying us that you would like to have an order canceled. Please make sure to supply us with detailed information (i.e. your name, your order number, etc.). You will be sent a confirmation message stating that we have canceled that order for you. If you do not receive this confirmation message we have already shipped your order to you.

How do I make a purchase?
In order to buy something from interior-deluxe.com, you can log in as a visitor orderer -without creating a password or you create an account us and have a username and password. Click on "Login" on the shopping cart page and follow the new user prompts. To make a purchase, click on the "In Cart" button and follow the page prompts for quantity, message decisions, and complete the billing, shipping, and credit card detail pages.
